BY AGREEING TO USE THIS FORUM, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW:Exora Owners Club Malaysia (hereinafter known as “EOCM”)

Exora Owners Club Malaysia (EOCM) ForumThe Exora Owners Club Malaysia Forum is a platform offered by the EOCM to benefit Exorian and to promote ‘we have already amazed’ Proton Exora Community. The High Committee of the EOCM reserves the right to make/amend any decisions about the EOCM Forum in accordance to the club’s aim and direction as we see fit.
In order for you to participate in this forum, registration is required and it is FREE, but the registration is subject to approval, where suspicious nick/email will be rejected.
Rules & regulation below should at any time be adhered and any rule broken will face necessary action including ‘Banned’
Section 1: Individual’s Privacy and Confidentiality1. Exorians’s private information should not be manipulated without prior consent from him/her.
2. Not to insult, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of other Exorian.
3. Not to create a false identity, for the purpose of misleading others.
Section 2: Publish post, upload and distribute material4. Not to publish, post, upload, distribute or publicize any topic, name, material or information that provokes discrimination, hate or violence towards one person or a group because of their belonging to a race, a religion or a nation, or that insults the victims of crimes against humanity by contesting the existence of those crimes.
5. Not to publish, post, upload, distribute or publicize any inappropriate material either graphical or text that contains pornography or adult in nature, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, disrespectful, insulting, indecent or unlawful topic and threats.
Section 3: Third party indirect or direct advertisement6. Not to advertise any form of merchandise, auctions, services or any direct or indirect commercial website or organization which includes a commercial contact number, name and address or website without prior consent from EOCM’s Management. Please note that this apply to member’s signature as well.
7. Not to use the Forum in connection with contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
Section 4: Copyrights8. Not to upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity); unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents to do the same.
9. Not to use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the Forum in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.
10. Not to falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
11. Not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Section 5: Forum usage12. Not to publish post, upload, distribute or publicize any matter that do not relate to the topic of each discussion.
13. Not to upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another user's computer or property.
14. Not to restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Forum.
Section 6: Ownership of posting message15. Any message posted to our forum, Q&A, help or public areas by the individuals are solely the opinion and responsibility of the posting individuals. EOCM is not liable or responsible for any messages written by the individuals.
Instead, EOCM merely provides access to such content as a service for you.
16. EOCM at any point of time do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any communications posted in the forum/public areas or endorse any opinions expressed in the forum/public areas. Individuals acknowledge that any reliance on material posted in the Site will be at his/her own risk.
Section 7: Ban & removal of individuals or message17. EOCM reserved the rights to ban the individuals, remove any threads and post that is suspected to be in commercial form without prior notice and reason.
18. EOCM reserved the rights, without prior notice to suspend Exorian either on temporary basis or permanent basis if you are Exorian found to have breached the regulations stated above.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold EOCM and Exorian, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Forum.
Should you are not satisfied with any portion of the forum, or with any of the terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the forum.
